What is in the panel
Registers and calculations for the daily work of an association or foundation. Your team enters the data; 4ong keeps the records.
Donations
Donations, membership fees and sponsorship income entered by your team. Entries are never deleted, only cancelled. From Plus: numbered receipts without gaps and an annual donation certificate per donor.
Recurring pledges
A register of pledges with amount, frequency and next due date, and a flag for missed payments. From Plus. Nothing is collected automatically: you record each payment when it arrives.
Fundraising campaigns
A goal, a deadline, progress against the goal, a breakdown by source and the net result of each campaign.
Tax-redirect register
A register of the people who redirect part of their income tax to your organisation. The ID number is validated and stored encrypted, masked in lists, with a countdown to the deadline and a CSV export for your own statement. 4ong files nothing for you.
Sponsorship contracts
Numbered contracts with instalments and benefits, the registry status at signing and a yearly list of sponsors.
Volunteers
A numbered registry, a contract with a task sheet and guardian consent for minors. No assignment or hours without an active contract. Your team enters the hours and validates them; a numbered volunteer certificate is generated from the validated hours.
Members and dues
Member categories, a dues ledger with arrears and a voting list for the general assembly.
Funded projects
From Plus: a pipeline, budget lines, expenses with a reference to the supporting document (text or a link) and a calendar of report due dates.
Reports and in-app alerts
Income and top-donor reports; lapsed-donor (LYBUNT and SYBUNT) and retention reports from Pro. Alerts appear in the app, calculated from your data: tax-redirect deadline, dues arrears, missed pledges, report due dates, volunteers without a contract.

What to know before you start
- 4ong is a back-office. It does not process payments and has no online donation pages; you record each gift your team receives.
- Nothing is sent to donors, volunteers or members for you: no thank-you messages, reminders or convocations. Receipts and certificates are generated for you to print or hand over.
- Printable documents (receipts, certificates, contracts) follow Romanian-law templates.

What is 4ong?

Does 4ong take online payments or collect donations?
No. Donations are entered by your team, and recurring pledges are a register with a next due date and a flag for missed payments. Nothing is collected automatically and there are no online donation pages.
Does it send messages to donors or volunteers?
No. 4ong sends nothing to donors, volunteers or members. Alerts appear inside the app, for example for arrears, missed pledges and report due dates.
How much does it cost?
Start is €1 a month, Plus €5, Pro €10 and Premium €20. Prices are per month in euro.
Is there a free period?

What are the limits of each plan?
Users: 5 on Start, 25 on Plus, 50 on Pro, 100 on Premium. Contacts: 500, 2,500, 10,000, 50,000. Campaigns per month: 2, 10, 40, 150. Active volunteers: 10, 50, 200, 800. Open projects: 5, 20, 80, 300.
Which features need a higher plan?
Numbered receipts with annual donation certificates, the recurring-pledges register and project tracking start on Plus. Lapsed-donor and retention reports start on Pro.
Can I attach documents?
Expenses and projects carry a reference to the document, as text or a link. There is no file upload.
